First, check with your building department using the plans to make sure you have an idea about the permit process and that you can install this building where you want.
Second, get your site, concrete, plumbing, electrical, heating and interior build out teams together or use a General Contractor to get your budget and the schedule together. 
Last, have your funding ready to close quickly before the right deal gets sold out from underneath you.

I found the building I purchased through Rick Safko (email above) at usedcheapsteelbuilding.com. You might want to contact him about selling your building. There's another used building website out of CO, that I wouldn't recommend. Their goal is just to get calls and then convert them to new building sales. They don't provide info requested on the used buildings.
I found Rick through an ebay ad he had for a large building in Fresno. He has engineer contacts that could update your plans and foundation plans.
For the price I paid, the seller banded it, loaded it, and provided stickers. I paid for the trucks (took two). I paid Rick's commission of 10%.
